Product Support Engineer, EMEA

AnX Robotica Corp is in the process of establishing a European subsidiary located in Hamburg Germany and is in search of a Product Support Specialist / Engineer.

The Product Support Engineer will play a key role in the newly built organization. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to support the implementation activities for our new systems and support our customer locations throughout the EMEA region. These activities include endoscopic procedure coverage, training hospital personnel and/or our distributor partners on the use of our products and supporting sales demonstration events.

Based out of Hamburg, Germany, the ideal candidate will be independent, self-motivated, and results oriented. Additionally, this person will have a technical aptitude with a highly personable and energetic presence.

The successful candidate should be equally proficient in both clinical and technical application competencies and providing the best possible experience to the customer. As part of the European core team, this role is fundamental to building AnX’s business by implementing and improving the quality of our products and by reflecting the customer’s experience by providing feedback to our product development teams in US and China.
