AnX Robotica Corp. and its affiliates (collectively, “AnX”, “we” and “our“) respect your privacy. This policy explains the privacy practices for our website www.anxrobotics.com (the “Website”). The policy describes the ways your Personal Information is collected and used and the rights and options available to you with respect to your information. This policy does not govern the privacy practices related to our products and services other than the Website itself.

The Website provides content and information about AnX, our products, and services (“Content”). When visiting our Website, you may browse the Content and submit questions for AnX and register for our Newsletter.

OUR NEWSLETTER AND UPDATES

We only send newsletters and email updates to users who provided their contact information and subscribed. To unsubscribe from our newsletter and updates, click the “unsubscribe” link included at the bottom of each newsletter or email update.

COOKIES AND OTHER TRACKERS

DATA RETENTION

We retain Personal Information for as long as we deem necessary for the purposes set forth above. We may delete information from our systems, without notice to you, once we deem it is no longer necessary for the purposes set forth above.

We implement measures to reduce risks of damage, loss and unauthorized access or use of information, but they do not provide absolute security. Therefore, we cannot guarantee that the Website is immune to unauthorize access to the information stored therein and to other information security risks.

The following disclosure is made pursuant to California Online Privacy Protection Act: When you use our Website, other parties, such as Google may collect Personal Information about your activities over time and across different websites or online services.

CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY

We may change this policy from time to time. Substantial changes will take effect 30 days after we provide a notice of such changes on the Website. Other changes will take effect 7 days after we provide notice. However, if the policy is amended to comply with legal requirements, the amendments will become effective immediately upon their initial posting, or as required.
